Service Charges

Infield Residential Call Out Fee- $100.00

Infield Commercial Call Out Fee- $150.00

After Hours Call Out- $275.00

One Man - $93.50 per hour

Two Men - $177.00 per hour

Workshop - $93.50 per hour

Before you book a service call here are a few tips to try:

Check the amount of water in your tank
Try an alternative power source
If the pump just hums, make sure the shaft is free to spin

When you call please have the following information if possible

Make and Model of the pump
Any access issues we may encounter
Age history and general condition of the pump
Will you need a loan pump if the pump needs to be removed from site?

We will always try and perform Service Calls as promptly as we can - we can generally respond within a few hours for emergencies- but your patience is appreciated particularly if it is not an emergency.

Depending on workload, we generally turn around workshop jobs within 2- 5 days.
